Introduced is a towable arthroscopic cannula. To this end, the present invention comprises: a cannula body including an insertion tube having an inner diameter and extending by a predetermined length to be inserted into a lesion part of a human body； an enlargement member inserted into a lesion part to lift the bottom of skin or muscle at a lesion location so as to form a procedure securing-space, and then enlarged to allow the cannula body to be fixed to the lesion location； a traction body installed in the inner diameter portion of the insertion tube to induce an operation state in which the enlargement member can be opened and closed； and a control member configured by a button body installed on the cannula body to allow a traction power to be provided to the traction body.L'invention concerne une canule arthroscopique remorquable. A cet effet, la présente invention comprend : un corps de canule comprenant un tube d'insertion ayant un diamètre interne et s'étendant d'une longueur prédéterminée à insérer dans une partie de lésion d'un corps humain ； un élément d'agrandissement inséré dans une partie de lésion pour soulever le fond de la peau ou du muscle au niveau d'un emplacement de lésion de façon à former un espace de fixation de procédure, puis agrandi pour permettre au corps de canule d'être fixé à l'emplacement de lésion ； un corps de traction installé dans la partie de diamètre interne du tube d'insertion pour induire un état de fonctionnement dans lequel l'élément d'agrandissement peut être ouvert et fermé ； et un élément de commande conçu par un corps de bouton installé sur le corps de canule pour permettre à une énergie de traction d'être fournie au corps de traction.견인가능한 관절경 캐뉼라가 소개된다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 인체의 병변 부위 내부로 삽입할 수 있도록 소정길이로 연장 형성되고 내경을 갖는 삽입관이 형성된 캐뉼라본체, 병변위치의 피부 또는 근육의 저면을 들어 시술확보 공간이 형성되도록 병변부위로 삽입된 후 확장되어 상기 캐뉼라본체가 병변위치에 고정되도록 하는 확장부재, 상기 삽입관의 내경에 설치되어 상기 확장부재의 펼쳐지고 접혀지는 작동 상태를 유도하는 견인체, 및 상기 캐뉼라본체에 설치되어 상기 견인체에 견인력이 제공되게 하는 버튼체로 이루어진 제어부재를 포함한다.
