The present invention provides a deployment and attachment device (DAD) comprising: a) deployment mechanism adapted to laterally deploy a patch； and, b) at least one glue dispensing system (GDS), in communication with said deploying mechanism and said patch, adapted to attach said patch to a biological tissue within a body cavity via a biological glue； wherein said GDS comprising: i) at least one glue reservoir (GR) adapted to accommodate glue； and, ii) at least one glue dispensing tube (GDT), in communication with said GR, adapted to homogeneously disperse glue along substantially the entire margins area of said patch.
