The present invention provides a deployment and attachment device (DAD)comprising: a) deployment mechanismadapted to laterally deploy a patch； and, b) at least one glue dispensingsystem (GDS), in communication with said deployingmechanism and said patch, adapted to attach said patch to a biological tissuewithin a body cavity via a biological glue； whereinsaid GDS comprising: i) at least one glue reservoir (GR) adapted toaccommodate glue； and, ii) at least one glue dispensing tube(GDT), in communication with said GR, adapted to homogeneously disperse gluealong substantially the entire margins area ofsaid patch.
