TREATMENT MATERIAL FOR REDUCING HEAVY METALS, TREATMENT METHOD FOR REDUCING HEAVY METALS, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MATERIAL FOR GRANULATION TREATMENT, AND GROUND MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment technology by which many kinds of harmful substances contained in a waste material can be simultaneously reduced. SOLUTION: The treatment method for reducing heavy metals uses a treatment material (agent) characterized by using reddish soil such as Kunigami-maaji soil as a main component. The treatment material is produced by mixing the reddish soil with 0.05-0.5 wt.% crystallization promoter, 1-25 wt.% solidification material, 1-15 wt.% blast furnace slag fine powder, and 30-50 wt.% fly ash of coal ash, each amount being based on the amount of the reddish soil, then adding water to the resulting mixture so that the weight ratio of water to solid becomes within a range of 20-23%, and granulating the resulting mixture.
