PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the movement of a fixed part fixed on a bone externally, and to hold a target position without moving the fixed part by an external force.SOLUTION: A casing 1 includes an inscribed gear ring 14 constituted of a magnetic body and an inscribed gear ring 14 eccentric with respect to it and relatively rotatable. A screw shaft 9 integrally rotates with a circumscription gear 7. A moving body 12 is axially moved along with the rotation thereof. A pair of fixed members 23, 24 are provided on the moving body 12 and the outer periphery of a casing 1. The inscribed gear ring 14 provided on a holding body 18 is rocked by composite force of magnetic force of a permanent magnet 17 applying a contact force in a direction of bringing the inscribed gear ring 14 into contact with a predetermined position of the circumscription gear 7 and magnetic force of a plurality of electromagnets 19-21. The circumscription gear 7 and the screw shaft 9 are rotated in accordance with the rocking so as to increase the distance between the fixed members 23, 24 by the rotation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 体外から骨に固定した固定部の移動を制御可能にするとともに、上記固定部が外力によって移動することがなく、目的の位置を保持することができるようにする。【解決手段】 ケーシング1内に、磁性体で構成した内接ギアリング14とこれに偏心して相対回転可能にした内接ギアリング14とを設け、外接ギア7と一体的に回転するスクリューシャフト9と、その回転に伴って軸方向に移動する移動体12とを設け、この移動体12及びケーシング1の外周にはそれぞれ一対の固定部材23,24を設けるとともに、内接ギアリング14を外接ギア7の所定の位置に接触させる方向の接触力を作用させる永久磁石17の磁力と、保持体18に設け複数の電磁石19~21の磁力との合成力によって内接ギアリング14揺動させ、この揺動に応じて外接ギア7及びスクリューシャフト9を回転ささせ、この回転によって固定部材23,24の間隔を広げる。【選択図】 図2
