The present invention relates to a blood separation and extraction apparatus for extracting a growth factor rich in platelets. In the present invention, a blood sample is received inside a receiving space formed at a lower part of a body pipe, and is centrifuged. Further, white blood cells in a separated layer in the centrifuged blood is injected to a separating space inside the body pipe, and an upper cap is joined to a channel part of the body pipe to be connected, thereby allowing collection and extraction of concentrated platelets only.
