PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture device allowing certain puncture of a biological tissue to a prescribed depth, reducing a load on a patient, enhancing the safety of the patient, and also enhancing the safety of an operator.SOLUTION: This puncture device 1 includes: a puncture needle 5 having a sharp needlepoint 531 for puncturing the biological tissue a long-shaped vagina insertion member 2 inserted into the vagina a guide member 3 having a tip part 321 that is a guide part positioned in a direction for which the needlepoint 531 heads and a connection member 4 connecting the vagina insertion member 2 and the guide member 3. The puncture needle 5 is movably supported such that the needlepoint 531 approaches to the tip part 321, the puncture needle 5 is provided with a first magnet 10a near the needlepoint 531, and the tip part 321 of the guide member 3 is provided with a second magnet 10b.
