PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool capable of accurate and safe insertion even when the insertion of a puncture needle is difficult for treatment to be performed by placing the puncture needle at a target part under the guidance of CT or MRI.SOLUTION: The guiding instrument for installing the puncture needle at a target part inside a body by using a CT apparatus or an MRI apparatus includes: a guide needle 2 including a linear needle portion 20 and a deformation portion 21 extended from a proximal end and is bent and deformed more easily than the needle portion 20 and a guide cylinder 4 being the linear tube body of such an inner diameter that the puncture needle can be inserted and is for guiding the puncture needle to the target part. While evading inconvenience on operations due to contact of the proximal end side of the guide needle 2 or the proximal end side of the guide cylinder 4 with a device inner peripheral side, by the bend deformation of the deformation portion 21, the guide needle 2 is inserted into a part right before the target part under CT guidance or under MRI guidance, the guide cylinder 4 is advanced to the part right before the target part along the guide needle 2, then the guide needle 2 is removed, the puncture needle is inserted and advanced from the proximal end of the guide cylinder 4 to the inside, and thus the distal end of the puncture needle is made to reach the target part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】CT又はMRIのガイド下で穿刺針を目標箇所に置いて行う処置について穿刺針の挿入が困難な場合でも正確且つ安全に挿入出来る処置具を提供する。【解決手段】穿刺針をCT装置又はMRI装置を用いて体内目標箇所に設置するためのガイド器具であって、直線状の針部20と基端から延設されて針部20よりも曲げ変形容易な変形部21とからなるガイド針2と、穿刺針を挿入可能な内径の直線状管体とされて穿刺針を目標箇所に案内するためのガイド筒4とを備えており、変形部21が曲げ変形することでガイド針2基端側又はガイド筒4基端側が装置内周側に抵触することで操作上の不都合を回避しながら、ガイド針2をCTガイド下又はMRIガイド下で目標箇所手前まで刺入し、ガイド針2に沿ってガイド筒4を目標箇所手前まで進めた後、ガイド針2を抜去しガイド筒4基端から内部に穿刺針を挿入して進めることで、穿刺針先端を目標箇所まで到達させる。【選択図】図2
