[Problem] To provide an injection needle puncture guide which can be applied to various probes, is inexpensive, and is disposable, and which is a device whereby an injection needle can easily be used to puncture a desired site under ultrasonic observation, and the device does not obstruct probe scanning. [Solution] An injection needle puncture guide 1 mounted to a probe of an ultrasonic diagnostic device, the injection needle puncture guide 1 having: 1) a plate-shaped frame member 2 for fitting in the probe, for fixing the injection needle puncture guide 1 to the probe； and 2) a puncture guide member 3 as an indicator for puncture by the injection needle； the puncture guide member 3 having a reference point indicator of an injection needle puncture position for specifying an objective point for the tip of the injection needle, an injection needle puncture angle indicator, and an indicator of the terminal end of a needle base of the injection needle； and the injection needle puncture guide being provided with the puncture guide member and the frame member for fitting in in the probe 4, and being configured so that a recess 22 of the frame member and a recess 31 of the puncture guide member are fitted to each other and assembled so that the puncture guide member intersects perpendicular to a plate-shaped flat surface of the frame member.【課題】 超音波観測下で目的の部位に注射針を穿刺しやすくし、かつ探触子走査を妨げない装置であって、種々の探触子に応用可能でかつ廉価で使い捨て可能ともなる注射針穿刺ガイドを提供する。【解決手段】 超音波診断装置の探触子に装着する注射針穿刺ガイド１であって、１）探触子に固定させるための探触子へ嵌め込む板状のフレーム部材２と、２）注射針の穿刺の指標となる穿刺ガイド部材３を有し、そして、前記穿刺ガイド部材３は、注射針の針先の目標地点を定めるための、注射針穿刺位置の基準点の指標、注射針の穿刺角度の指標、及び注射針の針基の終端の指標を有するものであり、前記穿刺ガイド部材を前記フレーム部材の板状の平面に垂直に交差するように、前記フレーム部材の凹部２２及び前記穿刺ガイド部材の凹部３１を互いに嵌合させ組み立てて使用するようにした、探触子４へ嵌め込むためのフレーム部材及び穿刺ガイド部材を備えた注射針穿刺ガイド。【選択図】図１
