Isolated, obtained using genetic engineering antibody with cysteine substitutions containing a free cysteine amino acid and a heavy chain sequence selected from SEQ ID NO: 50-98, or a light chain sequence selected from SEQ ID NO: 99-147, where cysteine in sequence is a free cysteine amino acid. 2. An isolated cysteine-substituted antibody obtained by genetic engineering according to claim 1, obtained by a method comprising: (i) mutagenesis of a nucleic acid sequence of a parent antibody by replacing one or more amino acid residues with cysteine to encode a genetically engineered cysteine antibody substitutions; (ii) expression of the genetically engineered antibody with cysteine substitutions; and (iii) isolation of the genetically engineered antibody with cysteines replacements. 3. The cysteine-derived antibody obtained by genetic engineering according to claim 2, wherein the mutagenesis comprises site-directed mutagenesis. The cysteine-substituted antibody obtained by genetic engineering according to claim 2, wherein the cysteine-substituted antibody obtained by genetic engineering is expressed on a virus particle selected from a phage or phagemid particle. The genetically engineered antibody with cysteine substitutions according to claim 2, further comprising: (i) reacting the genetically engineered antibody with cysteine substitutions with a thiol-reactive affinity reagent to generate an affinity labeled antibody obtained by genetic engineering with cysteine substitutions1.
