The present invention relates to a granule-type Citrus unshiu tea and to a manufacturing method thereof, in which a Citrus unshiu concentrate is manufactured by adding a Pectinex enzyme to pulverized Citrus unshiu, and decomposing and concentrating pectin of Citrus unshiu, and glucose, chicory fiber, citric acid, lactose and vitamin C are added to the manufactured Citrus unshiu concentrate, wherein the mixture is passed through a sieve and hot air dried after mixing and the molding the same to manufacture the granule-type Citrus unshiu tea.
