The present invention relates to an opened and closed fusion geothermal system for smart farms and a construction method thereof. The purpose is to fuse opened and closed geothermal collection methods to economically apply the fused methods to a large-scale flowering plant. According to the present invention, the opened and closed fusion geothermal system for smart farms includes: an opened geothermal heat exchanger (10) supplying and circulating underground water from a deep underground well； a vertical or horizontal closed geothermal heat exchanger (20) collecting geothermal heat through the circulation of a heat exchange medium； a heat exchange tank (30) storing the geothermal heat collected by the opened and closed geothermal heat exchangers； a heat pump (40) producing heat for cooling and heating by using the geothermal heat stored in the heat exchange tank as a heat source； and a cooling and heating machine (50) supplying the heat for cooling and heating produced by the heat pump to a greenhouse. The geothermal heat collected through the opened and closed geothermal heat exchangers is mixed by using the heat exchange tank as a medium, and the heat pump produces heat for cooling and heating by using the mixed heat as a heat source and then supplies the heat to the greenhouse for cooling and heating.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 스마트 팜용 개방형과 밀폐형 융합 지열 시스템의 이 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 개방형과 밀폐형의 지열 회수 방식을 융합하여 대규모 화훼 단지에도 경제적으로 적용하는 것을 목적으로 한다.본 발명에 의한 스마트 팜용 개방형과 밀폐형 융합 지열 시스템은, 지중의 심정에서 지하수를 급수 및 순환시키는 개방형 지열 지중열교환기(10)와； 열교환매체의 순환을 통해 지열을 회수하는 수직 또는 수평의 밀폐형 지열 지중열교환기(20)와； 상기 개방형 지열 지중열교환기와 밀폐형 지열 지중열교환기에 의해 회수한 지열을 저장하는 열교환 탱크(30)와； 상기 열교환 탱크에 저장되는 지열을 열원으로 하여 냉난방 열을 생산하는 히트펌프(40)와； 상기 히트펌프에 의해 생산된 냉난방 열을 하우스에 공급하는 냉난방기(50)를 포함하며, 상기 열교환 탱크를 매개로 하여 상기 개방형 지열 지중열교환기와 밀폐형 지열 지중열교환기를 통해 회수한 지열을 혼합하고 상기 히트펌프가 상기 혼합 열을 열원으로 하여 냉난방 열을 생산한 후 하우스에 공급하여 냉난방한다.
