The present invention relates to a geothermal system using a single water supply method for smart farm and building cooling and heating, which can allow one pump to be operated even for a large geothermal capacity by constructing a plurality of geothermal holes and a single water supply facility (water supply well or water supply geothermal hole), connecting the geothermal holes to the water supply facility to collect underground water in the water supply facility, and then supplying the underground water to a heat pump, and a construction method therefor. The geothermal system using a single water supply method for smart farm and building cooling and heating, according to the present invention, comprises: two or more geothermal holes (1) formed in the ground； a return water circulation pipe (10) returning the underground water of the geothermal holes； a water collection water supply well (20) collecting and supplying the underground water returned by the return water circulation pipe (10)； at least one heat pump (30) producing cooling and heating heat by using heat of the underground water, supplied from the water collection water supply well (20), as a heat source； and a supply pipe (40) as an underground water supply means supplying the underground water, having supplied heat to the heat pump, to the geothermal holes.본 발명은 스마트팜과 건축물 냉난방을 위한 단일 급수방식을 이용한 지열시스템 및 이의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 다수개의 지열공과 단일의 급수시설(급수정 또는 급수 지열공)을 구성하고 지열공과 급수시설을 연결하여 지하수를 급수시설에 집수한 후 히트펌프에 공급함으로써 대규모 지열 용량에서도 한 대의 펌프를 운용함을 목적으로 한다.본 발명에 의한 스마트팜과 건축물 냉난방을 위한 단일 급수방식을 이용한 지열시스템은, 지중에 형성되는 2개 이상의 지열공(1)과； 상기 지열공의 지하수를 환수하는 환수 유통관(10)과； 상기 환수 유통관에 의해 환수되는 지하수를 집수한 후 급수하는 집수 급수정(20)과； 상기 집수 급수정에서 급수되는 지하수의 열을 열원으로 하여 냉난방열을 생산하는 하나 이상의 히트펌프(30)와； 상기 히트펌프에 열을 공급한 지하수를 상기 지열공에 공급하는 지하수 공급수단으로 공급관(40)을 포함한다.
