PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of an aseptic package in an inline system.SOLUTION: An aseptic filling device includes preform transportation means which transports a PET preform 1 on a first transportation path, die transportation means which transports a die 4 for molding a container on a second transportation path, and container transportation means which transports a container molded with the die on a third transportation path. A preform is preliminary sterilized with a preliminary sterilizing nozzle 6a. The preform is heated by a heater 19b disposed on a lower stream side than the preliminary sterilizing nozzle along the first transportation path. Hydrogen peroxide gas G is blown from a sterilizing nozzle 6 that is disposed on the lower stream side than the heater along the first transportation path, for sterilizing the preform. The flow rate of the hydrogen peroxide gas is at least twice the flow rate at which it is blown from the preliminary sterilizing nozzle. The preform is blow-molded to be a container on the second transportation path.
