PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation system, plant cultivation device, application, and plant cultivation control method allowing plants to be readily grown.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation device for cultivating plants, and a control sever for controlling the plant cultivation device are provided. The plant cultivation device, by transmitting identification information assigned to the plant cultivation device is provided with: means for carrying out a wireless connection with a portable terminal operated by a user； means for performing communication settings for carrying out communication with a control server according to instructions from the portable terminal over the wireless connection； reception means for receiving plant information related to the plant being cultivated； and control means for controlling the environment for raising the plant on the basis of control information corresponding to the plant information.
