Silver ions are coated onto a target object (3) by microwave irradiation in such a state that the target object (3) is immersed in a container (2) containing an silver ion solution (1), or the target object (3) has been spray coated by a sprayer (12) containing the silver ion solution (1). Previous plasma ion coating onto the target object is also preferred. For example, silver ion coating treatment of the target object subjected to DLC coating is carried out.
