PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data recording device for recording data for determining a visual function state of a driver.SOLUTION: An imaging part as a driver measurement part 2 captures an appearance image of a driver of a vehicle. An external measurement part 3 measures outside of the vehicle. A driver data comparison part 60 outputs a comparison result between an analysis result of the appearance image measured by the imaging part and a predetermined driver pattern group determined for comparison with the analysis result. An outside-vehicle data comparison part 61 outputs a comparison result between an analysis result of an outside-vehicle data measured by the external measurement part and a predetermined outside-vehicle pattern group determined for comparison with the analysis result.
