Provided is a premix agent for an oily solid cosmetic or external-use preparation, whereby it becomes possible to gelatinize an oily base agent using an amino acid derivative typified by N-2-ethylhexanoyl-L-glutamic acid dibutylamide without requiring dissolving by heating under a temperature condition as high as 95ºC or higher and it also becomes possible to prevent the development of a sweating phenomenon when an oily solid cosmetic or external-use preparation is prepared using the premix agent.
