The present invention relates to a device for thermally massaging buttocks, which improves the blood circulation of a user by simultaneously applying heat to buttocks and the perineal region of the user when the user is sitting on a top plate. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device which is capable of applying heat to the buttocks and the perineal region at the same time, which can be used at an appropriate usage temperature of 51°C, and which is safe. The device for thermally massaging the buttocks according to the present invention includes: the top plate (a seating plate) (20) which is made of a solid metal plate with high thermal conductivity, and which has a perineal regional rod formed on a central portion on the top surface of the top plate a wiring board B (19) which has a wiring hole (13) in front and rear surfaces thereof, and in which a covered electric heating wire going through the wiring hole is wired and an auxiliary plate (24). The top plate (20), the wiring board B (19), and the auxiliary plate (24) are integrally coupled using screw nails. The device for thermally massaging the buttocks according to the present invention is capable of simultaneously applying heat to the buttocks and the perineal region, and has an expanded heating application area, thereby further improving blood circulation.
