PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising seedling box holder having a simple water supply and drainage structure, and enabling economical seedling raising by achieving an easy watering management.SOLUTION: This raising seedling box holder 10 supports a tray-like raising seedling box 1 for raising seedlings such as rice plant seedlings to subject watering treatment to the raising seedling box 1. The raising seedling box holder includes a holder body 12, a supporting member 18 supporting the raising seedling box 1 with a prescribed height between a bottom wall 14 of the holder body 12 and a lower surface of the raising seedling box 1, and a watering management means arranged on a position on one side of the holder body 12, separated from the supporting member 18, adjusting water supply and drainage and a water level of water to be stored in the holder body 12, and managing watering treatment to the raising seedling box 1.
