The present invention relates to a rolled omelet manufacturing apparatus and, more specifically, to a rolled omelet manufacturing apparatus which can easily and conveniently cook a rolled omelet at home or a restaurant, and quickly cook rolled omelets in a large quantity. According to the present invention, the rolled omelet manufacturing apparatus comprises: a housing having a heating accommodation unit； and a frying pan coupled to the heating accommodation unit of the housing to accommodate a frying target to fry the frying target. The housing includes: an accommodation groove into which the frying pan is inserted； a support which is formed on an upper end of the edge of the accommodation groove, and forms a step； and a heating wire formed in the support and on a lower portion of the accommodation groove to heat a side and a lower portion of the frying pan. The frying pan includes a seating rim formed on the edge of the upper end thereof and seated on the step of the support of the housing, and a frying groove protruding downwards and accommodating the frying target onto the seating rim.
