PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even a patient not freely moving fingers to depress a push-button of a wireless push-button type slave machine, with a palm or the back of a hand.SOLUTION: A base part 11 of an attachment 10 includes first support parts 13 for supporting a wireless push-button type slave machine 200, and a second support part 14 for supporting an operation part 12. The second support part 14 includes locking holes 15, while the operation part 12 includes a protrusion 19 provided on an inner face at a position facing a push-button 202 of the wireless push-button type slave machine 200 stored in the first support parts 13； and projections 16 to which claws 18 are locked with their inserted into the locking holes 15.
