PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible film supply device that accommodates edible film and ejects a predetermined length of the edible film, thereby supplying it in use.SOLUTION: The supply device 1 includes a film roll 66 around which a long edible film 60 is wound, and a case 10. The edible film has a plurality of cutting lines provided at predetermined intervals in length, each cutting line being formed from two or more cuts and joints. The case includes: a roll support 15 supporting the film roll so that this roll is rotatable an opening 20 that opens for the case a roller 30 located between the roll support and the opening a projecting portion 32 projecting from the periphery of the roller an operation lever 40 turned in one rotating direction concentrically with a rotation shaft of the roller, thereby rotating the roller rotating direction restricting mechanisms 35 and 45 for restricting the rotation of the roller to the one direction and a biasing member 48 for biasing the operation lever in the other direction.
