PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device and an electronic stethoscope which can be made compact easily while reducing the manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A switch device includes a plurality of switches mounted on a substrate, an operation part where a plurality of protrusions approaching the plurality of switches, respectively, or separating therefrom are provided to face the switches separately therefrom, and a support 23 located between the substrate and the switches while being held on the substrate, and supporting the operation part elastically so that it can tilt in a plurality of directions. The plurality of protrusions in the operation part, which are pressed against resiliency of the support 23 or released, turn the plurality of switches on/off selectively.
