The present invention relates to a handle for a brush cutter, comprising: an operation rod into which a shaft installed to transfer power from a motor is inserted a gear case installed between the shaft and a cutting blade to transfer the power transferred through the shaft to the cutting blade and the handle installed to enable a user to move the operation rod in four directions or carry the brush cutter when being held by the user. The handle comprises: a clamp means combined through a fastening member when being attached to an outer surface of the operation rod a protruding and supporting part protruding from and formed on both external surfaces of the clamp means and a grip part installed to be held by the user to connect to both ends of the protruding and supporting part through a plurality of elastic members.
