The cultivation device, which is used for cultivating multiple plants held by holders, comprises: a common cultivation section wherein the plants respectively held by the holders are cultivated, said common cultivation section being provided with a first conveying path for conveying the multiple holders placed thereon; an environment-controlling section for controlling the cultivation environment of the plants respectively held by the holders, said environment-controlling section being provided with a second conveying path for conveying the multiple holders placed thereon; and a transferring means for transferring the individual holders between the common cultivation section and the environment-controlling section.
