PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for preventing approach of animals, having high effect at a relatively low cost and capable of being readily installed in a narrow place. SOLUTION: Only illuminant is required for preventing approach of animals and animals are instinctively turned off from accumulation place of rubbish without physically turning off animals by making illuminant luminescent, and the apparatus can readily be installed in a narrow place at a relatively low cost and further, the maintenance is required for only illuminant and frequent lot of time and high expense are not required for the maintenance.
