The device has a casing (3) provided with longitudinal slots (4), and polyphenyl sulfide threads incorporated in the casing in a circumferential direction (8), where the threads are monofilaments and heat-treated. Edges (5, 6) of the casing are overlapped along the longitudinal slots. The casing is made of fabric with electrically conductive plastic fibers, where the plastic fibers are coated with metal such as copper, tin, nickel, gold or silver. The casing is made of fabric with copper threads as warp threads and the polyphenyl sulfide threads as filling threads and woven as a band.
