The present disclosure provides a method of treating a patient with ovarian cancer by administering a combination therapy comprising a dose of type B oncolytic adenovirus in the range of 1x1010 to 1x1014 viral particles weekly for at least three consecutive weeks, and administering a concomitant or sequential treatment cycle of a chemotherapeutic agent.La présente invention concerne une méthode de traitement d'un patient présentant un cancer de l'ovaire par administration d'une polythérapie comprenant une dose d'adénovirus oncolytique de type B dans la plage de 1x1010 à 1x1014 particules virales hebdomadaires pendant au moins trois semaines consécutives, et l'administration concomitante ou séquentielle d'un cycle de traitement d'un agent chimiothérapeutique.
