PURPOSE: An apparatus for purifying polluted soil and a purifying method using super high frequency are provided to shorten purification time of the pollute soil, and to heat the polluted soil with high temperature directly. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for purifying polluted soil comprises the following: a super high frequency dryer(110) drying the polluted soil by heating with super high frequency to eliminate moisture, volatile and semi-volatile; a mixer(130) mixing the dried polluted soil and super high frequency susceptor in the super high frequency drier; a super high frequency pyrolysis device(150) direct-heating the super high frequency susceptor and the polluted soil in the mixer, pyrolizing nonvolatile organism with air, and purifying the polluted soil. The super high frequency drier comprises a sealable chamber(112) having a constant space, and a transfer method(114) for transferring the pollute soil.
