PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stabilized formulations of furin (e.g., recombinant furin) containing sugars, sugar alcohols, and/or nonionic surfactants, and to provide a method for diluting the composition stably.SOLUTION: The invention provides a stabilized aqueous composition of recombinant furin (rfurin) containing (a) 8,000 to 500,000 U/mL of rfurin； (b) 190±10 mM of pharmaceutically acceptable salt； (c) 0.5 to 2 mM of calcium； (d) 2 to 20% of sugar or sugar alcohol； (e) 10 to 200 ppm of a nonionic surfactant； and (f) 10 to 200 mM of a buffer agent； as well as (g) a pH of 5.5 to 7.5, wherein the aggregation of furin is reduced, while maintaining a higher furin activity and monomeric furin content compared with an unstabilized composition, when stored and/or subjected to mechanical stress.【課題】糖、糖アルコール、及び／又は非イオン性界面活性剤を含む、安定化されたフューリン（例えば、組換えフューリン）製剤及び、当該組成物を安定に希釈する方法の提供。【解決手段】（ａ）８，０００Ｕ／ｍＬ～５００，０００Ｕ／ｍＬのｒフューリン；（ｂ）１９０±１０ｍＭの薬学的に許容される塩；（ｃ）０．５ｍＭ～２ｍＭのカルシウム；（ｄ）２％～２０％の糖又は糖アルコール；（ｅ）１０～２００ｐｐｍの非イオン性界面活性剤；及び（ｆ）１０～２００ｍＭの緩衝剤；並びに（ｇ）５．５～７．５のｐＨ、を含む安定化された水性組換えフューリン（ｒフューリン）組成物であり、保存された場合及び／又は機械的ストレスに曝された場合に、安定化されていない組成物に比べて高いフューリン活性と単量体フューリン含量を保持しつつ、フューリンの凝集を低減するフューリン製剤。【選択図】図１８
