PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an individual food product, applicable to various freezing means and facilitating a work.SOLUTION: A method for producing an individual frozen food product in which a plurality of food products are individually separated includes: a) an immersing step of immersing a plurality of food products in an immersing solution which is not frozen at a prescribed temperature b) a sealing step of sealing a container in which the plurality of food products are stored and c) a freezing step of freezing the plurality of food products stored in the container.
