Disclosed is a scoliosis correction device which employs a simple structure, lowers manufacturing costs, and is improved to easily have the length adjusted in one direction without inserting a magnet in a body. The scoliosis correction device includes: a spine fixing rod including a first spine fixing rod and a second spine fixing rod； a first connection unit arranged on the first spine fixing rod； a second connection unit which is arranged on the second spine fixing rod and is connected to the first connection unit to be slid in the length direction； a pinion gear which is arranged to be rotated on the first connection unit around a first rotational shaft； a rack gear which is arranged on the second connection unit to be meshed with the pinion gear； and a rotary unit which is driven by an external force to rotate the pinion gear. Accordingly, the present invention can adjust the length of the spine fixing rod according to the growth of a patient and uses a simple structure with a limited number of components to lower the manufacturing cost to be widely used by patents who could not get the treatment before due to the expensive surgery cost.구조가 간단하고 제조 단가를 낮출 수 있으며 신체 내부에 자성체를 삽입하지 않으면서도 용이하게 단방향 길이 조절이 가능하도록 개선된 구조로 구현된 척추 측만증 교정 장치가 개시된다. 척추 측만증 교정 장치는 제1 척추 고정 로드와 제2 척추 고정 로드로 구성되는 척추 고정 로드와, 상기 제1 척추 고정 로드에 구비되는 제1 연결부와, 상기 제2 척추 고정 로드에 구비되며 상기 제1 연결부에 길이 방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 연결되는 제2 연결부와, 상기 제1 연결부에 제1 회전축을 중심으로 회동 가능하게 구비되는 피니언 기어와, 상기 피니언 기어에 맞물리도록 상기 제2 연결부에 구비되는 랙 기어와, 외부 힘에 의해 구동되어 상기 피니언 기어를 회동시키는 회동 유닛을 포함한다. 따라서, 환부의 절개 없이 환자의 성장에 맞게 척추 고정 로드의 길이를 조절할 수 있며, 구조가 간단하고 부품수가 적어 제조 단가를 낮출 수 있기 때문에 비교적 고가의 수술 비용으로 인해 치료를 행할 수 없었던 환자에게 폭 넓게 적용이 가능한 효과가 있다.
