The present invention relates to a scoliosis correction treatment apparatus capable of measuring a torsion amount of vertebrae. The apparatus comprises a plurality of coupling units coupled to a vertebrae along a longitudinal direction of the vertebrae a load unit which is bent corresponding to a shape of a bent vertebrae, coupled to the coupling unit, and correcting the bent vertebrae by changing a position thereof and a measurement unit which is installed in the load unit and measuring a change of a position of the load unit so that the torsion amount of the vertebrae can be measured.
