PURPOSE: A spinal fixation screw capable of adjusting an installation position of a spine rod is provided to conspicuously reduce the number of spinal fixation screws and rod connectors, thereby reducing surgery time and costs. CONSTITUTION: A screw bar(110) comprises a bar screw part which is inserted into a bone. A connecting part(120) comprises a connecting screw part and a load reception part which accepts a spinal rod(160). A main connecting bolt(140) comprises a main male screw part combined in the connecting screw part, and a main female screw part formed in the inner wall surface. A sub connecting bolt(150) is screwed in the main female screw part.
