PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage a large amount of information while preventing loss and leak of personal information and reducing troublesomeness in user authentication.SOLUTION: A server 10 and a client portable terminal 20 are respectively communicable via near field radio waves. The server 10 stores registration data in associating with a user identification code and a data identification code. The client portable terminal 20 generates a request command and transmits the request command to the server 10. The server 10 performs data processing concerning the registration data corresponding to the request command on the basis of the user identification code, or the user identification code and the data identification code included in the request command, and then, transmits command response data to the client portable terminal 20.
