PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disconnection spark detection circuit of an electronic therapeutic apparatus, securely detecting only the spark noise generated when the cable portion of a probe is disconnected.SOLUTION: The disconnection spark detection circuit comprises a matching state detection means for measuring the magnitude of the reflected power the probe receives from a target for therapy an impedance matching means 14 which has a bridge circuit and an input impedance functioning as an impedance element composing one side of the bridge circuit on the output side of a signal generating means 12 for generating prescribed electric signals to be used for the therapy, and which adjusts the value of the output impedance so that the output impedance matches the impedance on the probe side a current detecting means 13 to be inserted as the other diagonal side of a closed circuit of the bridge circuit a filter means 16 for extracting a frequency component of the spark noise generated from the output of the current detecting means 13 when an output line is disconnected and a control means 18 for determining whether the output line is disconnected or not based on the output of the filter means 16.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】導子のケーブル部分が断線した際に生じるスパークノイズのみを確実に検知することができる電子治療器の断線スパーク検出回路を提供する。【解決手段】導子が受ける治療対象からの反射電力の大きさを計測する整合状態検出手段と、治療に用いる所定の電気信号を発生する信号発生手段12の出力側に、ブリッジ回路と、ブリッジ回路の一辺を構成するインピーダンス素子として機能する入力インピーダンスを有し、出力インピーダンスが前記導子側のインピーダンスと整合するように出力インピーダンスの値が調整されるインピーダンス整合手段14と、ブリッジ回路の閉回路の他方の対角辺として挿入される電流検出手段13と、電流検出手段13の出力から出力線の断線時に生ずるスパークノイズの周波数成分を抽出するフィルタ手段16と、前記フィルタ手段16の出力に基づいて前記出力線が断線状態にあるか否かを判定する制御手段18とを有する。【選択図】図1
