PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracheal tube which has a cuff of which edges are hardly caught in the skin or tracheal inner wall when the tracheal tube is inserted into or withdrawn from within the trachea.SOLUTION: The tracheal tube comprises: a tube body and a cuff which includes a barrel contractible and expandable in a radial direction of the tube body, and which includes a distal side connection and a proximal side connection respectively adjacent to both sides of the barrel in a center axis direction of the tube body, and fixed to an outer wall of the tube body.
