PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery or granular dry compound containing a ground product of an edible plant such as vegetable or fruit with a condition that aggregation or agglomeration is inhibited irreversibly and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There are provided a powdery or granular dry composition containing a ground product of an edible plant with BRIX value of 14 or more and silica of at least 1 wt.%, having 3000 or more bacteria number per 1 g, particle diameter of 150 μm or less for the granular dry composition and polysaccharides of 10 wt.% or more.
