The invention refers to a means for removing this plate, without having to take the pin out of the ear perforation; the plate of the invention comprises a flexible plate whose extension 2 comprises an orifice 3 for the passage of a fastening pin and a through slot 10 with a hole 12 at mid-length; removal of the said plate may be effected by means of a tool comprising a blade or, alternatively, by means of simple pressure or manual twisting.
