The present invention provides a thermal therapy apparatus for thermal therapy which helps blood circulation and to a manufacturing method thereof. The thermal therapy apparatus (10) according to the present invention applies a crystal unit (50) as a heat-sink which contacts with skin of a user as being placed on a heating unit (42) in order to concurrently perform a thermal therapy and crystal healing which is different from a conventional method which performs only the thermal therapy or the crystal healing in order to provide use convenience and synergy effects of both therapies. In addition, the thermal therapy apparatus reduces power consumption and provides environmentally-friendly products by applying a carbon heating unit as the heating unit (42). Especially, material of a housing (20) in the which the heating unit (42) and the crystal unit (50) are combined for a user to grasp with a hand is wood so that productivity of the thermal therapy apparatus used for treatment can be enhanced.
