PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal clothing having an excellent heat generation property by far infrared ray of a carbon material, heat insulation property for cutting off a cold air from the outside, and thermal-diffusion preventing property for preventing diffusion of the generated heat.SOLUTION: The thermal clothing includes: a heat-generating sheet 11 provided as a fiber processing material of a back layer and having a carbon material mixed therein a heat reflective sheet 13 provided as a fiber processing material of a surface layer and reflecting heat from the back side and a thermal insulation sheet 12 provided as a fiber processing material of an intermediate layer and having sufficient cavities.
