The abutment surface (86) of the shaft (15) and the abutment surface (36) of the transmission device (16) are arranged such that a mechanical contact between the abutment surface (36) of the transmission device (16) and the abutment surface (86) of the shaft (15) limits a movement of the transmission device (16) relative to the shaft (15) in the proximal direction.
