A hemostatic device (10) attachable to a patient with first and second straps (14), the hemostatic device (10) comprising: a device body (20), the device body (20) including a compression portion (22) defining a compression surface (24) for compressing against the patient (12) and a strap attachment assembly mounting portion (28) and a strap attachment assembly (18) mounted to the strap attachment assembly mounting portion (28), the strap attachment assembly (18) including four strap attachments (52, 54, 70, 72) for attaching the first and second straps (14) thereto, at least two of the four strap attachments (52, 54, 70, 72) being rotatable independently from each other relative to the device body (20).Linvention concerne un dispositif hémostatique (10) pouvant être attaché sur le corps dun patient au moyen dune première et dune deuxième sangle (14). Le dispositif (10) selon linvention comprend : un corps de dispositif (20) constitué par une partie de compression (22) définissant une surface de compression (24) destinée à exercer une compression sur le corps du patient (12) et par une partie de montage densemble de fixation de sangles (28) et un ensemble de fixation de sangles (18) monté sur la partie de montage (28), ledit ensemble (18) comprenant quatre fixations de sangle (52, 54, 70, 72) permettant la fixation des première et deuxième sangles, au moins deux des quatre fixations (52, 54, 70, 72) pouvant pivoter indépendamment lune de lautre par rapport au corps de dispositif (20).
