A compression hemostasis device includes: a substrate body (100) a strap (200), two ends of which are connected respectively to two ends of the substrate body (100) to form a ring a compression mechanism (300) arranged on the inner side of the substrate body (100) towards the strap (200) and comprising a compression cavity and a compression member which movably seals the compression cavity by means of a movable member and is provided with a transparent lens (301) at a compression end facing the strap (200) the substrate body (100) being at least partially transparent so as to form the transparent light path passing through the substrate body (100) from the transparent lens (301) and a regulating mechanism (400) comprising a regulating cavity and a regulating member. The regulating cavity is communicated with the compression cavity and the regulating member movably seals the regulating cavity by means of a movable body. The volume of the regulating cavity is changed by means of the movement of the regulating member and the pressure transmitted from the compression cavity to the compression member is consequently changed.
