PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel elevation inhibitor of blood neutral fat and an elevation inhibitor of blood remnant-like lipoprotein cholesterol which can be produced by a simple and inexpensive manufacturing method.SOLUTION: There are provided: an elevation inhibitor of blood neutral fat which contains indigestible glucan or a processed product of the indigestible glucan that consists of sugar condensate obtained by thermally condensing decomposed starch with DE70 to 100 an elevation inhibitor of blood remnant-like lipoprotein cholesterol and a medicine, a quasi drug, food and drink, or livestock feed containing the inhibitor.
