The device for pulverizing and extracting an agricultural product also comprises the cutting pulverizing unit installed in the upper part of a housing to selectively separate the finishing piece finishing the upper part of the housing and separate a cutter assembly comprising a cutting shaft in the housing, a cutter, an auxiliary cutter, and a pulverizing cutter at the same time. The cutting pulverizing unit can rotate the ascending and descending plate by using a bearing structure and a connection shaft after selectively lifting the ascending and descending plate to which a driving motor is installed and fixed, in order using the ascending and descending unit formed as the rack and pinion structure. The cutter assembly can be easily washed and repaired. Also, maintenance of the inside of the housing can be completed by simply washing the area.
