The present invention relates to an apparatus to crush and extract juice of agricultural products. According to the present invention, a driving unit, which drives a cutting transfer screw of a cutting transfer unit, is controlled to sporadically stop, and even if the input volume of agricultural products is increased, the agricultural products are primarily cut by the operation of the cutting transfer screw by the sporadic stoppage to keep a transfer efficiency of the agricultural products active and to prevent stoppage or damage due to an overload of the cutting transfer screw in a stable manner. According to the present invention, the present invention employs a cutting transfer unit, crushing cutter, auxiliary crushing cutter, and crushing ring to allow agricultural products to be first cut and transferred by the cutting transfer unit and then to be crushed and extracted for juice by the crushing cutter, the auxiliary crushing cutter, and the crushing ring. Accordingly, the present invention is able to simultaneously realize a crushing work and an extraction work with only one apparatus and to conveniently crush and extract juice of a huge volume of agricultural products. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: an installation table； a cutting transfer unit； and a cutting crushing unit.본 발명은 농산물 분쇄 및 착즙 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 커팅이송유닛의 커팅이송스크류를 구동시키는 구동부가 간헐적인 정지가 이루어지도록 제어됨으로써 농산물의 투입량이 증대되더라도 간헐적 정지에 의해 커팅이송스크류의 작동을 통한 1차적으로 커팅되면서 농산물이 이송되는 이송효율을 원활하게 유지함과 동시에 커팅이송스크류의 과부하로 인한 정지나 파손을 안정적으로 방지할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 커팅이송유닛, 분쇄커터, 보조분쇄커터 및 분쇄링이 적용됨으로써 커팅이송유닛을 통해 농산물이 커팅이송된 후에 분쇄커터, 보조분쇄커터 및 분쇄링의 구성을 통해 분쇄되면서 착즙이 이루어질 수 있으며, 이에 따라 하나의 장치만으로도 분쇄 작업은 물론 착즙 작업을 동시에 구현할 수 있고, 아울러 농산물의 분쇄 및 착즙이 대량으로 간편하게 이루어질 수 있는 것이다.
