The present invention relates to a juice extraction apparatus for agricultural products that is used to obtain juice through grinding and extraction of the agricultural products. The present invention includes a housing (100) whose inside is formed to have a polygonal container shape； a cutter (200) that is axially disposed in the housing； a mesh-formed extraction pipe (300) that is disposed below the housing； and a screw (400) where an end of a screw has a pipe-expanding inclined portion (410a) with a gradually increasing diameter and a pipe-narrowing inclined portion (410b) with a diameter gradually decreasing from the pipe-expanding inclined portion formed. According to the present invention, discharge of agricultural product sediments between the extraction pipe and the screw is further stagnated at a funnel-shaped narrowing part at a front end of the extraction pipe, and thus more juice can be extracted from the agricultural product sediments coming out between the extraction pipe and the screw.본 발명은 농산물을 분쇄한 후 압출을 통해 즙을 얻기 위한 농산물 착즙기에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 내면이 다각형의 통 형태로 형성되는 하우징(100)； 상기 하우징 내부에 축 설치되는 커터(200)； 상기 하우징 하부에 설치되는 망 재질의 압출관(300)； 및 샤프트의 끝단은 지름이 점차 커지는 확관 경사부(410a)와 상기 확관 경사부로부터 다시 지름이 접차 작아지는 협관 경사부(410b)가 형성된 스크루(400)；를 포함하여 구성됨에 따라, 상기 압출관 전단의 깔때기 형태로 좁아지는 부분에서 압출관과 스크루 사이에 농산물 찌꺼기의 배출이 더욱 정체되고 그로 인해 상기 압출관과 스크루 사이로 빠져나가는 농산물 찌꺼기로부터 좀더 많은 량의 착즙이 이루어지는 농산물 착즙기를 제공하게 된다.
