According to the present invention, the device for pulverizing and extracting an agricultural product includes an ascending and descending unit manually and simply lifting and rotating an ascending and descending plate by being applied in a jack structure, wherein a lower end of the ascending and descending unit is fixed to the upper surface on one side of an installation frame in which a lower end is installed in the upper part on one side of a finishing piece for the ascending and descending plate to rotate around on one side of the ascending and descending plate after selectively lifting the ascending and descending plate in a cutting pulverizing unit. The device for pulverizing and extracting an agricultural product also includes the cutting pulverizing unit installed in the upper part of a housing to selectively separate a finishing piece finishing the upper part of the housing and, at the same time, separate a cutter assembly comprising a cutter shaft in the housing, a cutter, an auxiliary cutter, and a pulverizing cutter. After the cutting pulverizing unit lifts the ascending and descending plate to which a driving motor is installed and fixed, in order by using the ascending and descending unit formed in the jack structure, the cutting pulverizing unit can rotate the ascending and descending plate by using a bearing structure and a connection shaft. The cutter assembly and the inside of the housing can be easily cleaned and repaired.
